SARA allows users to upload files from a file location in SARA.
Setting up File Location Document Support

As an admin user, navigate to "Admin Settings & Utilities Site Options

Navigate to the "Options tab"

Navigate to the "Sync with ERP" section

Click on the purple documents button, the documents window will open

Select the "Add new record" button located at the top of the documents window

In the documents window, click the "Doc Type" button

You will need to enter the following information.

Base Path: Location of where the files are on the machine

Dynamic Path-Subdirectory path if the files are located in multiple folders

Dynamic Name- Name of the file. SARA will look for the file name
Once the data has been entered click on the "Access Credentials" drop-down

Enter a description for the document support

Click on the "Credential Type" drop-down and choose "File Support"

On the "Access Credentials" drop-down, select the "File Location" option

Click the purple "Save" button to save the changes.

Back on the credentials page, select the "options" drop-down and select "File location".
