Acumatica ERP setup and configuration

VM must be turned on to log into Actumatica internally, to connect and run the sync

Log into Acumatica

Search for Connected Applications
-
Enter Client Name: Lockstep

Select OAuth 2.0 flow to read as 'Authorization Code' from drop down

Click Add Shared Secret

Enter Description
-
Enter Expires into

-
Copy the Value and store it in secure location (used as Client secret in sync configuration)
-
Click OK
-
Select Redirect URIS tab
-
Add the following 3 URL's:

Hit Save
-
Copy the Client ID Value (used as Client ID during sync configuration)

Sync configuration setup
-
Verify account feature: SyncArchitecture=1
-
Admin > Settings & Utilities > Sync Setup

Click '+' to add new record
-
Enter description and comment
-
Select 'Acumatica' from the drop down for ERP
-
Click 'Access Credentials' button
-
Within the Access Credential window, click '+' Add new record
-
Select 'Acumatica API Access' from the drop down
-
Enter Server Name (example: erpapps-01.anytimecollect.com/AcumaticaDB_2020R2)

Enter Client ID (example: BF67409E-118F-5779-7FFD-0F2CC7AF1A97@Company)

Enter Realm ID: Company
-
Enter API Path Version: entity/Default/17.200.001

Enter Client Secret (example: zRwDDcg38VmLQ4tsU9fHDg)

Click Save

Click the 'Connect' button to connect using Acumatica credentials

Click 'Yes, Allow'
-
Button will update to display 'Disconnect'

Select the credentials using the checkbox and then click the 'Select' button

Click 'Insert' to add and save the record
-
Select 'Launch Sync Setup' to setup the sync schedule, time zone and entities to sync
