    1. Refactored the existing View (vebcCustActivityByUser) in SP for better performance
  3. Other Issues and Engineering Requests Addressed:
    1. Require Password Change on Next Login did not work for named Portal Users
    2. Parent payment of Child's invoices not generating a pending payment for the Child in certain instances
    3. Surcharging credentials erased when Interpayments turns off the account.
