1.) Log into the machine with the sync installed as the user set to run it
a.) This can be seen on (Admin Settings & Utilities Logs) in the SARA client:
2.) Once logged in you can either use the windows search to locate the “Anytime Sync Launcher” OR run it from (C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Anytime Collect\Sync Launcher)
3.) This will open a gray window as shown:
4.) Enter the SARA Collect credentials of an admin user
5.) Select “Validate User”
6.) Once logged in you should see something similar to the following:
7.) Select the sync and select “Launch Sync Setup”
8.) It will pop up and ask if you’d like to run with the current configuration, select “Yes”
9.) This will open the following window, ensure that the Re-Initialize box and all the entities are selected:
10.) Select “Start Sync”
11.) Ensure the user is not logged out or the RDP/VPN closed as this can cause the sync to disconnect
