***Special NOTE for converting existing text file sync customers, need to have Dave setup the blob storage for new text

• Once the Company file is copied into the folder, the service will process the files and then move them to an Archive folder

NOTE: the Sync Service and Sync run as two separate programs, the Sync Service will process the files and queue them to be synced and then the sync will import the files that are in the queue
