Telephony features and options are various options for communicating with your customers, including outbound and inbound phone calls, email, voice and text communications. These activities may include recordings and/or transcriptions of conversations and messages. This telephony functionality integrates directly with the integrated phone system (“Call Manager”) and can be used to direct incoming or outgoing calls.
