INSTALL AND CONFIG – Acumatica ERP 2019 R2

Acumatica ERP level configuration:

• Log-on to Acumatica ERP

• Navigate to Integrationà Connected Applications

• Enter Client Name Eg: SARA

• Select OAuth 2.0 flow to read as “Authorization Code” From drop down list.

• Click Add Shared Secret

• Enter Description

• Enter Expires on Information

• Copy the Value and store it in secure location – This value is used as Client secret during SARA configuration.

• Click OK

• Click Redirect URIS tab

• Add these below 3 URL’s one by one.

• Hit Save Button

• Copy the Client ID Value – This shall be used as Client ID during SARA Configuration.

• Now Proceed with SARA Collect Configuration

SARA - SYNC SETUP

• Login into my.anytimecollect.com

• Once logged in, navigate to (Admin Settings & Utilities Sync Setup)

• On the top left, select "Add new record"

• Enter a description and comment

• Select "Acumatica" from the drop-down "ERP System" section

• This will add a purple "Access Credentials" button, select it

• Select "Add new record" in the popup window

• Enter a description of "Acumatica" and select "Acumatica API Access" from the drop-down menu

• Enter Acumatica Server name.

• Enter Client ID – As copied while created Connected app in Acumatica configuration.

• Enter Client Secret – Shared secret as copied during Acumatica configuration

• Select "Save"

• Select "Connect" on your Acumatica credentials

• The following window will pop-up

• Select "Yes, Allow"

• Once complete you will get a message stating to close the window

• Inside of SARA, the purple "Connect" button will now display "Disconnect"

• Select the credentials using the checkbox in the center and select "Select" on the bottom of the window.

• Select "Insert"

• Select "Launch Sync Setup" on the newly added connector

• From here you will want to select all of the desired entities to sync as well as schedule and save:

• To manually run the sync simply re-select "Launch Sync Setup" and select "Run"

• Note: You can leave the "Companies to Sync" blank unless you would like to exclude specific companies. If so add the desired company IDs in a pipe delimiter list
