NEW - SARA Release 4.4 will go live after business hours on July 17th. The new release focuses on the dashboard; providing new visualizations for your predicted cash flow and more functionality for drilling down into each report.
IMPROVED DASHBOARD FEATURE - Projected Cash Receipts. On top of a new look, the dashboard now lets you see projected cash receipts for various time periods over the next two months. From the report, you can drill down into the data behind that makes up the projection.
NEW DASHBOARD FEATURE - Cash Receipts is a new feature for the dashboard that gives you detailed summaries of the cash projected and received over the course of the year. This is broken down on both the monthly and weekly levels.
NEW DASHBOARD FEATURE - Team Activities is another new report for the dashboard. Team Activities provides an overview on all of your collector's activities during a configurable period of time. You are able to view how many accounts and invoices were touched as well as how much was collected for each team member.
NEW FEATURE - SARA Credit Score is a new way to establish and monitor a customer's credit score. Calculated using the data in Anytime Collect, you can adjust what fields affect their score and how much each field impacts their overall score. NEW FEATURE – Autopay is now supported to give customer’s the convenience of automatically paying their invoice on the due date. Reach out to our support team for more information on functionality and availability.
