OVERVIEW

The SARA Collect Credit Score system uses a combination of fields from your account to calculate a score in between 0 - 100 by default. Fields can be added and removed from the calculation and their impact on the final score can also be adjusted to fit your specific requirements. The scoring system can also be adjusted to change the bracket's parameters and color scheme. These credit scores can be used directly in a filter on the accounts page, or you can review a customer's score from the drop-down at the top of the site.
HOW IT WORKS
Each field will have a series of parameters setup with a minimum and maximum value. These parameters are maintained on the "Admin Settings & Utilities Site Options (ATC Credit Score)" page. The bracket that the customer falls into for each field will determine how many points are contributed to the total score. In the example below, if the customer's average days late total is "65," they will receive 50 points.
Those 50 points is then multiplied by the weight percentage set for that field and is added into the final calculation alongside all the other fields. If the weight is set to 20%, then the customer will receive 10 points towards their final credit score.
(50 * 0.2) = 10
The customer's final score can be found on the "All Accounts" page under the "ATC Credit Score" field and can also be found in the credit tab of the customer drop-down menu.
In the credit tab, it will also display a colored scale rating according to their score. These colors and parameters can also be adjusted on the "Admin Settings & Utilities Site Options (ATC Credit Score)" page alongside the fields used in the calculation. Work with a SARA representative to adjust the color scheme/parameters/description of these. The below picture is what will be set by default.
