Utilizing the Quick Search Feature

In SARA, users have the ability to search off different fields on the grid. For example, the Quick Search feature is available on pages such as:

  • Account Overview

  • Inquiries> By User> Pending payments

  • Inquiries> By User> Activities.

Using the Quick Search Feature 

In this example, we will utilize the quick search feature on the Activities page. 

  • Navigate to "Inquiries> By User> Activities".

  • On the activities page, you can search for any field that has a text box 

  • Search for the criteria in the field. 

  • Here, we can see that it only shows results based on our search.
