Bitly was founded in 2008 as a link shortening service, allowing marketers and businesses brand their shortened URLs driving a higher click-thru rate, gain real-time analytics on their shared URLs, data management and more. Bitly had to do more with a small AR team, which is why they implemented SARA. Bitly was able to decrease past due percentage to 25% and completely eliminate bad debt. Tips and Tricks: Magic Links
When customers go online, it saves you time. Drive online adoption of self-service access with use of magic links. Magic links give your customers online access to lots of resources: invoices, payment history, documents, and contacts. Ensure all your outbound communications include magic links and prominently promote online access.
