SARA Lockstep has the ability to automatically delete, deleted transactions with the NetSuite connection.
This is not automatically available with the NetSuite connection and an additional permission needs to be added to the role as follows:

Inside of NetSuite as an admin, navigate to (Setup Users/Roles Manage Users)

Select the "ATC Sync Role" from this page

Once selected, select "Edit"

On the bottom of the page, navigate to the permissions labeled "Setup"

Add "Deleted Records" to this section and save
Note: This will take approximately 1.5 hrs amount of time to enable from NetSuite prior to it being able to delete the transactions. Until then you will see the following message in SARA's sync log:
Deleted Invoice Transactions Search Result Status Message:Permission Violation: You need the 'Deleted Records' permission to access this page. Please contact your account administrator.
Also note this will not keep the sync from running successfully and will not affect your total AR
