Re-sending Emails
To review and re-send emails with errors individually for all types of email errors (manual and auto-generated emails):

On the navigational window, select the Messages drop-down

Select the Error Sending Email button

You will be re-directed to the detail listing of all communications that have an error sending email

Email errors will be indicated by a trash can icon in the sent email column (includes manual and auto-generated emails)

Click on either the trashcan icon or issue description to open the activity, then go to the email tab

Click the Resend button to try and resend the individual email

Activity will show 'Sent Email' if the email sends correctly, then save and close.

Activity will remain open if still an error, and the '?' button will appear next to the resend.

Click the '?' button for more information on the error message.

**Note: In order to close these activities without re-sending the emails, the issue needs to be marked complete, not just the activity.
