RESOLUTION:
To set default colors on user or customer actions on the home page:
Set priorities on all Action Codes.

User Actions: Admin > Master File > User Actions

Customer Actions: Admin > Master File > Action Codes

1-9: first color - orange or red (Most Sever)

10–19: second color, green or yellow
-
20-29: light blue
-
30-99: blue
-
100+ black (Less Sever)

Go to site options and select color option and apply (Admin > Settings & Utilities > Site Options - Options)
