Enter a support ticket with SARA to request they update your CreditSafe integration code.

Verify you have the below information. This is provided to you by your CreditSafe representative.

Additionally, email ggsqueries@creditsafe.com to verify your API interface is enabled.

SARA COLLECT CONFIGURATION

Navigate to "Admin Master Files Company."

Choose a company and select "Edit."

Under the CREDIT REPORTING section, select the "Access Credentials" button.

Select "+ Add New Record" and enter the following criteria:

Leave blank - defaults to live CreditSafe endpoint automatically. |

Click "Save."

Back on the company page, leave the "Export Enabled" option unselected. (Feature Enhancement)

Select the newly created access credentials from the drop-down.

Select an activity type from the "Activity" drop-down. This will be set as "Note" by default, but best practice is to create a new activity type called "CreditSafe."

Then select the Update button to update the Company and save the info
GENERATING A REPORT

Search for a customer using the search bar at the top of the site.

Once customer is selected and appearing in top, navigate to Inquiries By Account Credit Inquiry.

Verify search parameters are correct.

Click "Search."
-
Select the customer from the list to pull the report.
-
View the report, you can save the attachment down as an activity as well.
To review a customer for a generated report make sure the customer you would like to view is selected in the Customer Info drop down
Click the Customer Info drop down
Select the CreditSafe Tab this will display the following fields

Local Score

Local Score Desc

International Score

International Score Desc
