RESOLUTION
Not Filed email are incoming emails that are not linked to a customer or communication/activity within the collection software. These emails can be junk mail, bounce backs or emails sent directly to the email address set up in the collection software.
To review and manage these emails:

Go to Inquiries By User > Mail

Select the Not Filed mailbox at the bottom

Expand to select the Inbox

Click the View icon to review the email

Select Delete to remove the email

Select the Assign Message icon at the top to assign the email to a customer, associate it with an existing activity or create a new issue/activity
