Special Notes:

Access to the location of your QuickBooks .qbw file is required

You must use an Admin level login in order to approve the Application Integration access from within QuickBooks

Some versions of QB requires Single-user mode to setup the integrated application to SARA (in QuickBooks, File Switch to Single-user mode)

QuickBooks must be opened during the initial sync configuration

QuickBooks Sync Utility only supports syncing with one QB company datafile, Advanced Sync Schedules is required for syncing with multiple QB company files

QuickBooks sync is a manual sync that is run from Sync setup or Sync on Demand, click here for info on setup for Sync on Demand
QuickBooks Desktop SQL
File Path: This should be the UNC location path where the QuickBooks company file (*.qbw) file exists. Click Browse to browse and select the QB company data file
Company: The Company will automatically populate based on the .qbw file that you select, Click the Retrieve button (see QB integrated applications steps below)
Initial Start Date: Enter the date of the first transaction in QuickBooks
Schedule Task: Not supported for QuickBooks
Run Now: select to run the sync after sync configuration is complete and window closes (required for new install or initial sync setup
Click OK to complete the sync configuration and run the sync (if Run Now selected), the QuickBooks Sync Progress window with additional options
QuickBooks Sync Progress:
Re-initialize: Select option to sync back to original sync date (Initial Start Date), required for new install or initial sync, leave option unselected for incremental syncs or for only changes since the last sync date
Leave QB Open: Select this option to leave QB open when the sync completes, QB will close when sync completes if option is not selected
NOTE: Setup the Sync on Demand if running the sync from user after sync config is complete
QuickBooks integrated application setup:
Select YES to always allow access even if QuickBooks is not running and click Continue
