TROUBLESHOOTING

If the "LicenseExpires" field is not set in Account Maintenance, the installer will not launch.

Make sure the License Expires field the "LicenseExpires" field is set in Account Maintenance
Create account

DB SETUP
1. Run DB Installer
2. Use sa account during the install
3. Make sure you have the client’s license for this install.
WEB CLIENT IIS MACHINE
1. Create an Application (.net framework 4.5 required)
a. Physical Location – Wherever the client wants this, usually C:\Inetpub\Collect (Extract the winclient zip file to this location) (Give IIS_IUSRS full control to this directory)
b. Go to IIS Manager in Control panel, Administrative Tools
c. Right Click on Sites and “Add Website”
d. Site Name = Collect
e. Binding
i. Type=HTTP
ii. IP=All Unassigned
iii. Port 80
f. Hostname (collect. domainname) (Have client make a DNS Entry for this site)
g. ***Don’t Start web site Immediately*** ***Make sure App Pool started***
2. Go to Created App Pool
a. Right click on App Pool and go to advanced settings
b. Change the user for identity to a service acct. with SQL Server rights
***Start ASP.net State service***

Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Services
***Start the Website***

Go to Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager. Click on the collect site and click Start on the right of the page.
SYNC INSTALL
1. Install and configure the sync – does not need to run, just needs to create XML file
a. Go to the collect site and log in
b. Menu, Admin, Settings and Utilities, Sync Setup
c. Click Add New Record
d. Description and Comment are Open fields
e. Select the ERP System that the client is using.
f. Click Insert and the record is created
g. Click Launch Sync Setup
h. Follow the install prompts…Make sure you have the client’s license available for the install.
i. After the install is finished you will need to Launch Sync Setup again.
j. The Blue Screen will come up and need to be filled out by the customer with their information.
2. XML file created before installing send and receive email services Check the directory: C:\ProgramData\AnytimeCollect\
3. Install Email services. Extract the zip files and run the installers.

"C:\ProgramData\AnytimeCollect\EmailService.XML
4. Install Schedule Service. Extract the zip files and run the installers.
5. Change permissions on all 3 services (Use Account that has access to SQL Database)
a. Go to Control Panel, Administrative tools, Services. Right Click on the service, click Browse and enter the name:
6. Install set as manually, change to automatic and start services (can stop and start in DEBUG mode for more info in log)

The email is accessed through cash Collect through: Admin, Settings and Utilities, Site Options, Mail Settings Tab.
2. The settings within here are needed from the customer and then tested.
3. Email Service can be placed into DEBUG mode to create a log. Stop the service, place DEBUG in the Start Parameters, Start the service.
