SARA has the ability to send out statements to customers as an excel file on the Customer Portal. When logged into the Customer Portal, customers have the ability to email out statements and download it as an excel file.
This allows customers to send out statements to recipients who do not have access to the Customer Portal.
When logged in, this new feature allows users to send out statements to other recipients.
The statements will be converted to an excel document emailed to the recipients.
