A new user cannot see any customers or data, what is missing in the user setup?

EDITION: Standard and Enterprise

RESOLUTION

1. Log in as an admin user

2. Go to Admin -> Master Files -> User

3. Edit the new user

4. Select Assign Customers to this User to give this user access to specific customers and their data

5. Select Assign Users to this User to setup your user on a team to share customers and their data with other users

6. When assigning users to this user - the Allow All checkbox will allow this user to have access to all customers and their data
