Resolution
On XP and 2003: Go to Start > Printers and Faxes, right-click the Black Ice printer, and select Delete.
On Windows 8/7 and 2012/2008: Go to Start(Settings on Windows 8/2012)/Devices and Printers on Windows 7, right-click the Black Ice printer and select “Remove this device”.
