Webclient Features/Enhancements

Issues Resolved

  1. @CustAllEmail when set to CC from Credit Class is taking into consideration the TO address. This is now fixed
  2. Added trigger to communication templates where they can't be marked inactive if in use by a credit class
  3. The timeout issue on the Upload Select functionality is now resolved and we are not receiving any exception/timeout in case of updating multiple customer data.
  4. Customer emails error sending with MIMEcast message - This is fixed (Deployed in Interim Release)

Below userstories and features are covered as a part of React Migration:

Issues Resolved

  1. Issues with the New React Page UI are resolved. (Deployed in Interim Release)
  2. Multiple React Issues are fixed. (Deployed in Interim Release)
    1. Account Overview now calculates the balance or amount when selecting "Show All Accounts"
    2. Punctuation for balance or amount is added now.
    3. In Account Overview, missing invoices and activities are now fixed
    4. Able to view all messages under:
      1. Mail Not Read
      2. Follow Ups
      3. Mail Not Filed
    5. When in an activity via the Messages > Followups Due Today, account overview is not loaded as it is in the legacy view - This is fixed
    6. Admin menu gets "stuck" and doesn't display more than 4 options - This is fixed
    7. When one user saves a draft, it can be viewed by every user in the customer's account - This is fixed now
    8. Able to attach custom NA statement with the fix.
