SARA Main Application (Webclient)

Key Highlights:

  • New Enhancements in SS Portal 
    • Quick filters for payments page are now available for Payment page in SS Portal now.
  • Connector Enhancement
    • Affinipay connector Enhancement - SARA now supports sending additional payment data back to Affinipay, enabling visibility within the Affinipay instance. The initial fields transmitted include Custid, Pending Payment Id, and Invoice number, laying the groundwork for future connector customisation and feasibility assessment.
  • React Migration work  
    • Improvements suggested by customers who are currently migrated to React WebClient
  • Resolution of 34 Customer Reported issues

Webclient Legacy:

  • Invalid email address error for sending auto emails is now fixed

 

Webclient React

  • Issues Resolved :
  • Email is now Loading properly in React webclient
  • Collections Success on Home Page is now showing in proper format on REACT UI
  • Reassign user is now working as expected and also its getting updated in activity grid as well
  • Filters do not carry over from Legacy to REACT pages (Inquiries > By User > Activities > *Incoming Unread Emails)- This is fixed and working as expected
  • Email formatting issue is addressed. Extra symbols won't appear while adding a customer communication template
  • React- Add Validation to ensure that the sync end time is always greater than the start time.
  • Notes are getting saved during activity creation
  • REACT UI- Inconsistent 'View' behavior is fixed
  • Sent emails appearing multiple times under the account are fixed with this release
  • Export to Excel file (Inquiries > By User – Follow-Ups/Activities pages), &amp appearing in place of extra spaces- This is fixed
  • Email Signature is now shown correctly on manual email activities
  • REACT UI – Clicking the received email activity icon (inside an account) now opens email tab by default
  • REACT - Viewing Invoices from application screen is working fine
  • Now follow up activities are loading fine from Inquiry -> By User -> follow up page without throwing any error.
  • REACT UI: Email issues are resolved

R2 Release - React : 

  • REACT UI issues were addressed
  • Error on New React UI Customer Unable to Reply/forward via Email is now resolved
  • Expected payment amount is now displaying correctly in an activity
  • REACT UI – Blank content when forwarding specific email in React UI issue is resolved

SS Portal and Payments Enhancements: 

  • SS Portal: 
  • Self service Portal - For partial Payment - the payment made and the remaining balance is now updated and shown in Amount Due column
    Payments : 
    Connector Enhancement : Request to send additional data fields (Cust id, Pending payment, Invoice id) back to Affinipay merchant processor. 

 SS Portal Issues and Payment Issues:

  • Multi-Currency Support for Intacct Single Entity Cash receipts Webhook are now reconciled
  • Merchant Account Selection now adheres to Cust Class ID Settings
  • Quick filters for payments page are available for Payment page in SS Portal now.
  • Customers are now able to download Quickbooks Online Invoice PDFs From Portal
  • SS Portal Open Invoices now shows correct Customer when viewing All Accounts
  • Customers are now able to access the ss portal
  • Payments are working fine for stripe
  • React Page - Emails are working fine while replying without any error

R2 Release - SS Portal and Payment & Connector:

  • Eclipse Error when trying to sync-There is an error when running a sync for a new customer is resolved
  • Payment Webhook- Kinetic
  • Contact sync is working fine for IOP
  • Invoice Sync is working fine for IOP
  • Deleted invoices from Intacct still appearing in SARA - This is resolved
