Description
Sync On Demand is an additional feature that allows the user to run the sync from within the client. This feature must be enabled on the account and user must be setup and configured for the sync prior to running
Sync on Demand setup:

Initial Sync setup must be complete prior to user sync setup or Sync On Demand setup, click here for sync setup instructions

Log in with user with Admin rights

Go to Admin > Master File > User

Edit user for Sync on Demand

Verify the Sync check box is selected

Click SyncSetup button to launch sync

Select company to setup for Sync on Demand (note: this company MUST be for the same ERP system as the default for the Account, i.e. if the Account was setup with Sage 500 as the default ERP system, the Sync on Demand can only be setup Sage500 companies, the sync config window will default to this ERP system and cannot be changed

Click Edit Sync Setup button

Prompted to download Sync Launcher

Click Yes and save, extract to desktop

Run as Administrator

Install Anytime Sync Launcher

Enter SARA license info when prompted (license found Admin > My Profile)

Leave Service Address blank

Click Save to save license

Click Finish to complete the sync launcher install

Click Edit Sync Setup button again to config sync

Complete sync config window (click here for instructions on sync configuration by ERP system)

Click OK to Save sync config

Run the sync from user or Admin > Sync Now
