There are many contact options to use within communication templates for manual and automated communications including email, voice and text.
The following variables or snippet replacements can be used on a communication template to identify the contact for the template:

@CustAllEmail – this option will send an email to every contact for the customer that is marked as ‘include in email’

@CustPrimary – this option will send an email to ONLY the contact for the customer that is marked as the Primary contact

@CustUDF1 (CustUDF1-10) – this option will use the customer UDF field selected and look for an email address in this location to send the auto-email

@ContactUDF1 (ContactUDF1-10) - this option will use the contact UDF field selected and look for either an email address for email templates and a phone number for voice or text templates. Contact UDF's are a way to provide additional email addresses, text and voice numbers for one contact that can be used with different communication templates.

@InvoiceContact and @InvoiceContact2– this option will look at the contact associated with the invoice and send the invoice to the email address associated with the invoice contact, if no contact at the invoice level, an activity will be created but no email sent, no contact associated with invoice, (click here for info on invoice contact support) .

@CustAllVoice - this option is available and used with voice message templates and will send a voice message to the phone number for all contacts with option selected

@CustAllText - this option is available and used with text message templates and will send a text message to the phone number for all contacts with option selected
Click the 'TO' or 'CC' button to select option or type variable or hard-coded email address directly.
Additional Notes:

A Contact marked as 'Primary' but without the 'Include in Email' option select, will ONLY be sent if the @CustPrimary variable is used.

@InvoiceContact will populate the contact currently when used in only the TO field, the CC field will be coming soon to be used with invoice contacts variables
