Customer Reported Issues
Following Customer Reported issues were resolved as part of the Release
Webclient React :
| SARA-3368 | The Communication Template section now loads with the correct data. |
| SARA-2434 | The Process and Email option is now available for reports |
| SARA-2589 | Option to download & upload the excel template to bulk update is enabled now and its working as expected. |
| SARA-2704 | Email flow is working fine and no issues observed while replying to mails |
| SARA-2773 | Email content is getting displayed properly |
| SARA-3144 | New Communication templates are saving without issues |
| SARA-3219 | Resolved issues encountered by customer when replying to customer emails in React. |
| SARA-2523 | Customer's new activity email now pre‑populates recipients consistently with the Legacy view. |
| SARA-3404 | Email Reply functionality is working fine |
SARA Payment and Connector:
| SARA-550 | Payment errors are resolved. Customer is able to add CC and make payments |
| SARA-3215 | Payment decline issue is now fixed. |
| SARA-3164 | Online Payment Error issue is resolved. |
| SARA-2592 | Duplicate payment issue is fixed. |
| SARA-2900 | Invoice Contact based SS Portal Links are now restricted to see Payment Methods entered for the Customer |
| SARA-2950 | Logs are in place to track the issue of Payment Confirmation Emails to additional recipients. Team will handle this in upcoming release. |
| SARA-3167 | Invoices with a Payment Schedule that are set for AutoPay get transacted for the schedule amount only |
| SARA-3189 | Primary contacts are properly retrieved with the Kinetic REST API Connector |
| SARA-337 | Credit Memo balance is now clearing due to discounts in Eclipse |
