We’re excited to share that many of our cosmetic updates to AR Automation are live. Some of the changes you may notice include:Â
- We will no longer be referring to the application as Lockstep; it will be referred to as “AR Automation”Â
- We have updated the navigation colors to black with white textÂ
- Many of the buttons throughout the experience will now have the same green color throughout the applicationÂ
Please note that these changes are cosmetic only and follow the updates that have already been in place within our Knowledge Base for some time. Â
Rest assured that the application has the same functionality and workflow that you’re used to. Â

 SARA Payment and Connector:
| Story | SARA-2419 | Timeout issue was fixed. Pages are loading fine. |
| Bug | SARA-2592 | Duplicate payment issues are fixed. Team took additional measures to avoid duplicate payments. |
| Bug | SARA-2900 | The team has resolved the issue where invoice contact–based SS Portal links were incorrectly able to view/use customer payment methods—payment methods are now correctly restricted so customer-based links show only customer payment methods, and contact links show only contact payment methods. |
| Bug | SARA-2950 | We’ve added a safeguard to prevent duplicate emails from being sent for the same payment. If a duplicate is detected, it is logged to support future debugging |
| Bug | SARA-3161 | Syncs are now processed properly. |
| Story | SARA-90 | The customer has requested support to sync documents from the Intacct API into SARA blob storage. This is implemented and is working fine. |
| Story | SARA-3470 | Request to change the additional field data sent to Affinipay. This is fixed and the data can be searched now easily. (The request is to replace the semi colon delimiters with spaces.) |
