Inquiry Users
Inquiry users are users in SARA that has limited access to the product. The users are setup for back-up employees, or executives reviewing the dashboard and reports.
Inquiry users can do the following in SARA:

They can view the dashboard and reporting

Make a payment
-
They can drill into individual accounts
-
Write notes to credit users in SARA.
Inquiry users does not have the following in SARA.

Cannot send out communications to customers
-
Can create custom views in the system
-
Does not have access to the Admin pages
