Added functionality to be able to enable disable the tool bar:
How to:
1. Select to "My Profile User Settings" and enable "New Account Detail View"
2. Log out and Log back into the system after this setting has been changed.
3. In the search bar, search for the customer.
4. Select in the main menu and navigate to "Account Detail".
5. Select the Gear Icon and "Enable/Disable" the toolbar.
