Why when testing the incoming IMAP settings for my Outlook 365 Shared Mailbox am I getting a bad user error?

imapSelectResponse: aaac BAD User is authenticated but not connected.

If you are trying to connect an Outlook 365 Shared Mailbox it will need to be set up with a license for the incoming IMAP settings to work properly.
