Description
Email templates do not appear to be working when using an email template in a manual email Communication. No data or text is populated into the email after selecting the email template
RESOLUTION
This issue can be caused after copying and pasting text or other information from another program, i.e. Word, Excel, another email.
Email templates should be created by inputting the data/text directly into the template and using the formatting tools within the template setup.
