Generating Actions is the process of generating system activities based around criteria setup within Credit Class Processing.
These system activities include auto-emails to be sent. There are times that there will be errors associated with these auto-emails and some may not be sent. These emails with errors can be re-processed or re-generated through the Generation Log.
RESOLUTION

The Action pullout tab will indicate the number of activities that include 'Error sending email'

Go to Admin > Settings & Utilities > Logs > Generation Log

On the Summary tab, verify the status is indicating the processing is complete, status should be 'Error' or 'Success'

'Ready' or 'Processing' status indicates the emails are still being generated
Click View Details button to review the detailed activities/emails that were generated
From the Generation Details window, review the Status for Errors along with the Comment column for the email errors
Select the 'Only Show Errors' checkbox to show only errors sending emails
Two (2) types of errors will be indicated:

No Email Addresses Found for activity

Email server error - indicated by 'ChilkatLog' in the Comment (sort the the Comment field in ascending order to see all the Chilkat errors at the beginning of the list)
Correct the issue(s) as indicated from the error(s) above:

Update the Customer Contact record with the correct email address

Correct any email setup/server error (contact Support for assistance)
Select the emails/activities using the Select column and click the Email Send icon to re-send these emails
In the Generation Details, the status for the original activities will update to indicate 'Resend processing' with the Comment as 'Reprocessing'
In the Generation Log, the original log will indicate a status of 'Reprocessed'
A new generation log will be created to include the re-generated activities along with a new status to review
