Newer versions of Windows might be missing the mscomctl.ocx file.
Registering File:

Download the file and place it in the SysWow64 folder (C:/Windows\SysWow64)

Run the Command Prompt as an admin

In the Command Prompt, type in the following:
regsvr32 C:\Windows\SysWOW64\MSCOMCTL.OCX

A window will appear verifying that the file has been registered.
