OVERVIEW
You can create notes, reminders and send emails to multiple customers at once. This functionality has been added to the "All Accounts" page and allows you to select multiple or all customers then create a note or email (using an email template) that will go to each selected account.
HOW IT WORKS
Navigate to "All Accounts" to get started. Once you are on the page, you can select the intended recipients by clicking the "Select" box found on the left hand side of the grid.

To quickly find the intended customers, use the quick search fields located below the column names. If you intend to email all of your customers, you can use the "Select All" button located on the toolbar above the grid.
Once all of the intended recipients are selected, select "New Bulk Activity" on the toolbar.

The standard activity window will appear where you will enter your email/note. Please note that the invoices tab will not be available during this process. Additionally, an "Accounts" tab has been added to show you a list of all the selected customers.


Once you hit "Save/Send," the process will be added to our worker role for sending. Please allow enough time for the emails to send as this process is very similar to the credit class process.
NOTE: Emails from Bulk Activities require more than 1 account selected to send emails. If only one account selected for email, email will remain as 'queued'
