This is the process in which we can allow the use of 2-Step Authentication and connect a Gmail account to SARA:

Once in Gmail select the user icon and select:

Select "Security" on the left

Go to the section labeled "Signing in to Google"

Select "2-Step Verification"

Configure it following the steps

Once added select the back button (In google, not the browser)

You should return to the "Security" section as shown:

Select "App Passwords"
-
From the "Select App" drop-down, select "Other"

Add a name
-
Select "Generate"
-
Copy and paste this password into the password column inside SARA's mail settings
