1. Log into Gmail.
2. Select Icon (Gear) and "Settings" from menu located on the far right side of second horizontal navigation menu.
3. Select Forwarding and POP/IMAP from Settings Menu
4. Select "Add a forwarding address button"
5. Enter the unique e-mail for your shared Hitch inbox for either Accounts receivable or Accounts payable (Instructions for looking Hitch Inbox e-mail address)

6. Go to Hitch Box associated with the unique e-mail (e.g vj4l6p7ppdjd6bmn@dev.hitch.network) entered in step #5 and copy the verification code from the Conversation Subject (e.g. 587848885)
7. On Gmail Settings page (under Forwarding and POP/IMAP) menu enter the verification code next (e.g. 587848885) to the Hitch e-mail (e.g. vj4l6p7ppdjd6bmn@dev.hitch.network) and Select "Verify" button
8. Note verification of forward address. This address is now available to use forwarding policies and filtering rules.
