OVERVIEW

When sending emails out of SARA, they are queued to a worker role process on the Microsoft Azure services. This means that once you click the "Send" button on the email, you are free to continue working, the email will be queued and sent out automatically. Once the email has been queued, the worker role will send the email via SMTP.

This process may take a few moments to fully complete, as it requires the email to go from your local environment, to the cloud Azure service, then to your AR email. It may also take several moments for the communication itself to show in the "Communications" grid. If you do not notice the communication appearing in the grid after several moments, refresh the grid by selecting "Refresh" on the toolbar above the grid.
