Log into SARA mirroring a user (example: name_admin)

Select Customer and then select an Admin user from the drop down

Admin Settings & Utilities Report Manager

Installed Sync Launcher is missing - click Yes to install

Click Save As & select a location on your PC to save the file (the file will download)

Click to open ATCRptMgrLauncherSetup

After installed: mirror user - Admin Settings & Utilities Report Manager

Should launch and load the customer's reports verify by navigating to Admin Master Files Report and comparing this list to the list found within the Report Manager
