RESOLUTION
New reports can be created, with custom logos and minor modifications to the text, using the Report Master File:

Admin > Master Files > Report

Click the + to Add new record
-
Select the Report Base from the drop-down (select the report based on the format and basic data that you would like to include in your report)

Enter the Report Name, Description, Text for the Body/Footer

Click the ellipsis (...) to upload and add an image for your logo
-
Save
4 Standard System Reports:
-
Statement - all transactions and basic customer data
-
Open Invoice - only open invoices and credit memos along with basic customer data
-
Past Due - NO transactional data, includes aging buckets and more text for letters
-
Collection Letter - NO transactional data, includes aging buckets and text for letters
To further customize the reports, the software includes the Report Manager. You must be logged into the software with Internet Explorer to launch the Report Manager:

Log into the software with IE for your browser

Admin > Settings & Utilities > Report Manager

Click YES to message 'An existing session could be active with the same UserID on domain\machine'

The Reports window will open

Click the green + to add/create a new report
-
Include the Report Name, description and select the Report Base from the drop-down to select one of the 4 standard reports to base your new report

Click View Layout
-
To open the Report Designer, in the Preview window - click Edit

To view all fields available and additional functions (including parameters and calculated fields), select View > Windows > Field List

Make modifications to the report

Save and close the Report Designer
